Ep. 732: Riding a Motorcycle to Races All Over the World - Revisited - Lyndon Poskitt
Powered by RedCircle Originally aired October 06, 2016 Lyndon Poskitt is an accomplished motorcycle racer and mechanical engineer from North Yorkshire in the United Kingdom. He had an accident in 2013 that landed him in the hospital just long enough to contemplate how he was spending his time in life. This started Lyndon on his 2 1/2 year journey called Races to Places where he rides his modified KTM 690 Rally around the world entering it into local rally races. I caught up with Lyndon in El Paso, TX as he prepares to continue on the next leg of R2P down into South America to compete in the 2017 Dakar Rally in January. Hello Adventure Sports podcast! I started listening a few weeks ago when I was feeling a little stuck with my own adventure life. Shortly after starting to listen I went to Shawnee National Forest and had a great outdoor experience. I just listened to the podcast about the finances of living a outdoor & adventure life style and I found this extremely helpful and is something I struggle with a lot. Wanted to say I would be very interested in more pods about how to save money for adventures. I've been thinking about how to do this in my own life and would love to discuss and develop ideas to support more adventures in the future.
